CERTC is managed by the Calcasieu Parish Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness.
CERTC is a prop rental facility with more than 20 props designed for the everyday training needs of industrial, municipal or private emergency response teams, and is available for day, night and weekend classes.
CERTC also has a total of four classrooms, capable of seating from 10 to 50 students, and is located in a rural setting, with hotels, casinos, golf courses, restaurants and other attractions less than 20 minutes away.
